Initial Loading on Conveyor
Products loaded onto an old pallet are placed onto the conveyor, moving smoothly towards the pallet turning machine.
New Pallet Placement
A new pallet is loaded directly onto the top of the product load, ready to replace the old pallet once the turning process is complete.
Automatic Movement into the Turning Machine
The conveyor then moves the product and both pallets into the pallet turning machine, where it is secured for the upcoming press-and-turn operation.
Pressing and Turning Action
Inside the turning machine, a hydraulic or pneumatic press applies pressure, stabilizing the load as it undergoes a 180° rotation. This flipping motion ensures that the new pallet moves to the bottom while the old pallet is positioned on top for easy removal.
Exit from the Turning Machine
After the rotation is complete, the load exits the machine, now securely placed on the new pallet, which is now at the base of the stack.
Old Pallet Removal
