Overview:
The FHOPE Bundling Station handles and bundle making the pipe or hollow structural sections into bundles sized which designed according to the product size. The line is fully automated and controlled from a touch screen operator station. The Bundling machine builds the programmed configuration and fully contains the sides to maintain the shape until strapping is completed. Once completed, a lateral transfer system stages the bundles onto an unloading table for their final transfer.

1.Auto Tube Picking up and air blower piece by piece
Auto picking up the steel tube one by one from the qualified pipes after checking.And each piece of tube will be air blower during tube conveying on chain conveyor. After air blower, tube will be enter into aligning& counting steps.
2.Tube aligning&counting&rectangular tube auto detected flipped 90 degrees
Aligning the tube one by one parallelizing without crossing, and auto counting the tube numbers. These roller station driven by motors.
The station with 4 working stations. So that the lifting chain is able pick up the steel tube from the rollers station for next procession.
For rectangular tube pipes, equipped with automatic detection system,after successfully confirmed rectangular shape,will auto flip 90 degrees,
till to letting the big surface towards the bottom for the next step row layering.
3.Tube row layering and conveying system
Tube feeding system will convey the tube on the storing station and count the numbers of the tubes.
When accumulating the required numbers of tubes, the storing station will fall the tube row down to conveyor chain.
4. Tube row stacking system-“hexagonal,square, rectangular shape”
1) Electromagnetic chuck type row stacking layers bundling system.
2) The forming device is adjustable per different bundle shape.
3) The tube move to bundling position by pushing;
4) The tube stacking stopper pushes out;
5) Tube bundling stopper pushes out and clamps the tube row tightly;
6) Supporting forks reset;
7) The tube bundling stopper pushes out to protect the tube bundle well from loosening.
5.Tube bundle carriage
After stacking the tube bundle, bundling frame with tube bundle will go down to its bundling position. The tube bundling unit will fall down and convey the bundle to its transport conveyor. The location of the drop will be positioned by computer, encoder and motor. There is a stopper to ensure the position of different tube numbers. After putting down the tube bundle to transport car, the stopper will open and the carriage will transport the bundle.
6.Full-Automatic steel belt strapping machine
The process of the strapping by automatic strapping machine with manual operation also.
The strapping machine performs all the straps in different strapping position depending on the length of the bundles.
The automatic strapping machine is situated at a fixed point and the bundle moves to perform each strapping.
7.Automatic out-unloading & Bundles stacking conveyor.
After finished steel belt strapping, bundle was auto conveying outing one by one on power outing conveyor. The conveyor is composed of 4 pop up conveyors.
Equipped with bundle jacking station device,the bundle was auto lifted up for water blowing. After that the bundle can be conveying into stacking position one by one.
The bundles stacking system is the ending part of the whole packing line. With Max.5 bundles storage space for bundles stacking.
