Principle: Fhope manufacture In-line / Off-line all-in-one line machine, and accessories for cable measuring, winding, auto cutting off, auto wrapping with PVC film, and then for coils storing…The whole packaging line is designed for making coils for 1 to 25 mm diameter of a large variety of cables, such as electric motors cable, power cable, communication cable….
All parameters can be setting on touch screen. All display be in English. Automatic calculating the cable length, meter error is almost negligible. Automatic detecting the cable position automatic by sensor..
One side or Two /Four straps tied with PP belt
One side type strapping way, PP belt will be tied around the outer diameter of the finished coil. Automatic positioning for different coils size without any manual operation.
The strapping action adopts safe hot welding mode with adjustable tension.
The cable coil can be strapped by pp belt be eye through. It can be two belts per 180 degree or four belts per 90 degree each belt.
For speed up the strapping with 4 belts, FHOPE providing the solution in one coiling station with two strapping heads that is able finshing 2 coils winding and strapping
A full- automatically cable coil shrinking packing line is a solution for cable coiling and packing.
The shrinking machine provide the sealed packaging protection for the cable coil that isolates the coil from the dust, moisture and scratching in transportation.
Constant temperature heat sealing and cutting system is suitable for POF. Automatic film feeding and cutting system with sensor controlling. Recirculation heating system consumes less electrical energy by minimizing heat loss, and with cooling equipment.
