This is aN automatic horizontal orbital stretch wrapping machine  for big size package with width 1400mm,such as sheets, doors, Floor board. By good tension control the wrapped package is well-protected per sealed & tidy package. The ring with ability of stretch film tightening dispensing to keep the load intect. And it is an automatiac machine both working for online and offline wrapping with the benefits of the packing efficiencies, cost-savings.


 
Wrapping Station:

• Double-ring & double-rub wheel devices make working more safe stable & energetic.
• Friction between driving wheels and ring is adjustable.
• Speed of the ring is adjustable by inverter.
• Soft start and start.
• Wrapping position reset.
• Packing material tension could be adjusted.
• Widely packing material adopted by material frame.

Conveyor System:

Automatic wrapping protective device:

• Soft rollers for product surface protection.
• Different version press down device via load shape and feacture.
• Automatic protective devices are able to avoid products shaking in wrapping.
• Pressing down device and supportive rollers for fix the packaging position.
• The pressing down device provide the force to make the short load pass through the gap of the conveyor
• Shield cover for operation safety.

PLC&HMI control system:

• PLC and program makes machine able to do automatic wrapping according your packing goal.
• Photocell sensor is adopted for setting packing position.
