Automatic steel wire winding and binding machine

 

 

The automatic wire coil winder and binding machine includes a elephant trunk type steel wire winding machine solves the technical problem that the weight of the finished steel wire coil is small and the joints are too much in the prior art. It includes the frame structure and the reel for winding the steel wire. The reel is arranged eye to sky, and it is characterized in that one end of the reel is provided with a winding plate, which is connected with a power mechanism capable of driving it to rotate, and the other end of the reel is provided with an elephant-trunk connecting plate.

 

 

A vertical wire doffing rack is connected to the elephant trunk connecting plate. Compared with the existing technology, the advantages of this machine are: 1. Reasonable design and simple structure. Elephant trunk connecting plate effectively increases the weight of finished wire coils, reduces wire joints.

Automatic binding machine

The rewinding wire coil shifting to the binding position. The wire coil will be binding from eye through by wire. The binding machine includes two main device, wire feeding and wire twisting. The solution can be one coil two binding by two twisting devices or one coil two binding by one twisting device & rotating table. It saves binding material cost since the binding material is steel wire.

Automatic stacking machine:

It is for lifting the moving the binding wire coil to the storage area. The device includes two axial movement: crane forward and backward and crane lifting and down in the wire coil pickup and moving.
