In this project, for matching the requirement in handing the same size coil stacking at pallet, the turnstile can be program control for checking and turning the arms so that for preparing the same size coil  each arm for coil in-feeding.

By information sharing from the ERP system or by profit-bus, the coil can be automatic pick up per width without need manual coil data input. And the coil picking up matchs to the coil stacking onto the pallet in turntable 

The strapping machine utilizes a steel belt designed explicitly for coil binding, threading the strap through the coil's eye for secure fastening. By turning the coil 90 degree, automatic strapping machines are employed to efficiently strap metal coil packs with 4 straps per coil, ensuring robust and reliable packaging.

This is the station for checking the coil net weight or gross weight. And the weight data can be transfer to the printing and ERP system for label printing and application online. 

The data generated from packing line or sharing from ERP system can be printing and automation applicated on the surface of the steel coil.

The coil wrapping machine is equipped with advanced features to optimize the wrapping process. It includes inverters for adjusting the overlap rate of the wrapping tape based on specific requirements. Both the tension of the wrapping material and the speeds of the ring and roller are adjustable via converters, allowing for precise control. Additionally, the machine boasts an automatic cutting system for materials such as paper, HDPE, and woven fabrics. To further enhance efficiency, it comes with an integrated automatic material feeder and holder

Equipped with precise centering capabilities at the stacking position, this arm-type stacking machine can accurately pick up and shift steel coils, positioning them within a 0-3mm range on the pallet.

By coil tracking program, the turntable for gathering the coils that matchs to the coil picking at downender. And the turntable will turning and precise positioning the pallet for coil stacking according to the stacking formula setting. Each pallet station can be setting for receiving the specific coil size. And automatic indication for coil pallet unloading if the coil number reach to the setting.
